A former Relief Society President in a ward I used to attend is an amazing woman who would fit in very well here with regard to her heterodox views and compassionate spirit. She probably is my favorite RS Pres ever – an incredibly humble, caring, wonderfully flawed woman.

She wrote an astounding post yesterday on her personal blog, and I want to provide a link for everyone here. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Thank you Ray. I really do appreciate healthy postive articles like this.

    Hey,

Not to make anyone mad here, but just wanted to know, did you ask her permission to post this before you posted the link? I’m just curious, didn’t know if she wanted everyone reading it without her knowing… :)

Not mad, and it’s fine that you asked.

I told her I would be linking to it – both here and on my own personal blog at some point in the future. (I link to posts I really like from somewhere each Tuesday and Thursday.)

She’s cool with sharing her posts, especially sine her blog isn’t set to any kind of privacy setting.

Awesome. Will be looking forward to more.
