Have you ever been contacted by the church to take a survey?

From time to time I hear about the church conducting surveys. I don’t know anyone who has been contacted. Just curious, although I realize it’s a yes/no question and not much of a discussion generator. Thanks.

I truly don’t remember. I do remember thinking that I didn’t feel like they had a hidden agenda or were themed areound any difficult problem. Just general questions about how the church could better serve us if I remember.
