Love (and not jumping ship) is hard

Obviously, there are extreme situations when loving and jumping ship can co-exist, but I love the following quote:

It’s from someone named Kamryn originally, and it was picked up and reposted as a Facebook meme. I generally don’t quote things like that, but I was able to track it to its source.

I also recognize that there are issues with the way it might be applied inappropriately (hence my disclaimer at the beginning of this post), but I really like the core message as a general statement.
