Like “Look, we have this whole religion with 3000 years of tradition from Moses to Sandy Koufax and it’s chock full of all these great ideas to get people to act ethically and morally, let’s just go with this so we don’t have to try to get people to move with something new”.

I actually see a lot of wisdom in that statement. Thanks, swimordie!

    Pinkpatent,

Don’t worry. It might seem overwhelming technically, but it’s quite easy once you get the hang of it.

You’ll be off to the running in no time.

I’ve been in touch w/ Bluehost (our host). They’re looking into it.

Sorry for the disruption! It affects MormonMatters and MormonStories as well.

    Ya’ll rule.

P.S. Krista Tippett’s “Speaking of Faith” was also amazing to me. Both her podcast and her book.

John – I haven’t heard of that one. Any particular theme in there that has really helped you?

It’s a life-changer for me. It’s all about “living in the now” — but it’s very profound (to me). It has become like scripture.

Have ya’ll read “A New Earth” yet by Eckhart Tolle?

For me, there is much spiritual wisdom there…enough to last one a long, long time.
